One delivery. Then what?

Single-use coffee bags need replacing after each delivery. Reusable packaging changes that routine: return the empty pack, inspect it, wash it and refill it for the next customer delivery.

The fix

Less packaging to buy and store

SmartPak Max holds up to 5 kg of coffee for wholesale deliveries. When empty, it folds flat for storage at the café and return to the roastery. The video shows the pack being flattened and stored in a drawer between uses.

  1. Fill the bag with roasted coffee.
  2. Close the top and fasten the clip.
  3. Deliver the filled bag to the café, where the coffee is used.
  4. Flatten the empty bag and store it in a drawer at the café.
  5. Return the bag to the roastery to fill and use again.
