Moree is a returnable coffee packaging system for roasters and cafés in Canada and the United States. Reusable SmartPaks carry the coffee, PakBak envelopes bring empty packs back, and MoreeOS records QR scans to follow SmartPak Max and Neo through the loop.
Food-contact material
Food-safe coffee packaging. Made for reuse.
Food-safe and compliant with FDA food-contact standards, as well as EU Regulations 1935/2004 and 10/2011. Independently tested for migration, heavy metals and taste. 100% airtight and watertight, so beans stay fresher for longer. Runs −30°C to 60°C, so storage isn’t a concern.

SmartPak Max (5 kg) and SmartPak Neo (2 kg) are reusable coffee bags for wholesale deliveries between roasteries and cafés. They replace single-use bags on routes where empty packs come back for washing and refilling. SmartPak Mini (600 g) is for coffee drinkers who own their pouches and bring them in for refills.
QR tracking / MoreeOS
Track your coffee packs with MoreeOS.
Each SmartPak Max and Neo has a unique ID you can read by QR code. Scan a pack when it leaves the roastery and when it returns. MoreeOS records these scans, showing its last scanned location and circulation history alongside recorded cost, waste and CO₂ savings. Tracking is based on scans, not continuous GPS location.
SmartPak durability / PakBak returns
Return, wash, refill. Repeat.
SmartPaks are designed for 100+ trips, with a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects. Moree reports that its oldest SmartPaks have circulated weekly since 2024. Empty packs fold flat: one PakBak return envelope holds 10 to 15 SmartPaks for the trip back to the roastery. Your operation arranges returns, inspects and washes the packs, then refills them for the next delivery.
