How do I order SmartPak Max?

Under 50 units: add to cart and check out directly. For 50+ units, book a call and we'll design a custom logistics plan for your operation.

How does the return process work?

Ship coffee to your customers in SmartPaks. When they're done, they fill the PakBak with used packs and ship it back with the prepaid label. We collect, clean, and reinsert them into the supply chain. Every pack is QR-tracked through MoreeOS.

What if a pack gets damaged?

SmartPaks are built for 100+ reuse cycles. If one gets damaged during normal use within the 2 year warranty period, contact us and we'll replace it. We track every pack through MoreeOS, so we can see its history.

Can I get custom branding on my SmartPaks?

Yes. Brand printing is available on bulk orders of 50+ units. Book a call to discuss your branding requirements and we'll work with you on the design.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum. You can order a single SmartPak Max for $45 CAD. For a proper trial, we recommend the Pilot Pak: 10 SmartPaks for $450 CAD with onboarding support included.
